Usually the first baby teeth begin to erupt at 6-7 months, but may occur earlier or later due to heredity. Teething child is restless , crying , capricious, chews everything. Growth of teeth in the child continues to 2 years , by which time the child should grow 20 milk teeth . Teething reduces the overall resistance of the child, and during this period he may be ill .
